Trial bikes' biking is one of the newest disciplines in which the rider needs to pass thorough series of obstacles without touching the ground with the foot. Originally the discipline derived for the established motorcycle trials. The father of Ot Pi is considered to be the inventor of this discipline. If some of you don't know who Ot Pi is, he is the current world champion trials rider. His father told him to practice on the ordinary bike while attempting to learn motorcycle trials.

Trial bikes` biking is considered by many as the best test for bicycle handling skills over various obstacles. Sometimes they are manmade sometimes they are natural. In order to practice this sport one only needs a proper trial bikes. If you don't have a trial track where you can practice you don't need to worry. If there is one in your area great but if not there is no space for worrying. Just go to the nearest park and you can find plenty of obstacles where you can practice.

The design of the trial bikes is much different than with other bikes. They have specific features that are typical only with these bikes. Their features are specific only for these bikes. That is understandable if you consider the sport and how the bike needs to be ridden.

The main point is that this is not the type of bike that you can use for cruising around your block. For that you need another bike. All of their parts are lightweight. That makes the bike to be easier for handling and more maneuverable. The wide handlebars and distinctive frame geometry are another two features that are there to improve the overall balance and maneuverability of the bike. Of course all that without powerful brakes means nothing.

If you are a beginner you need to make some precaution measurements so you don't end up with bruises every time you go out practicing. First of all you need to watch how other more experienced riders do it. Also, you need to watch how the more experience riders ride and try to learn from their techniques. Also, it is of great importance to have safety equipment on you while riding. In addition to that you need to get yourself some safety equipment. A helmet and goggles are a must. Plus you can add to that list hand and knee pads and you are good to go.
